What to bring to your appointment
- Your referral form from a GP or other healthcare professional (this ensures you receive a partial rebate from Medicare)
- Your medicare and private health insurance details
- A list of current medications and allergies
- Radiology results – any relevant X Rays, CT scans, MRI scans or ultrasound reports
- Any other tests you may have had (including blood tests and hearing tests)
Parking
Ample parking is usually available near our clinics:
- St Leonards Clinic – 1-2 hour metered parking is available around Pacific Highway, Berry Road or Park Rd
- Drummoyne Clinic – 2 hour parking is provided along Formosa Street. Our building rear entrance is located here near Copo cafe

- St Leonards Clinic – Conveniently located a short walk from St Leonards train station, on the Pacific Highway directly across from Royal North Shore Hospital
- Drummoyne Clinic – A number of bus routes run along Victoria Road
- Cancer Patient Voice & Swallow Clinic – Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, Camperdown. Monthly
- Chronic Refractory Cough Clinic – Woolcock Institute of Medical research, Glebe
