What to bring to your appointment

  • Your referral form from a GP or other healthcare professional (this ensures you receive a partial rebate from Medicare)
  • Your medicare and private health insurance details
  • A list of current medications and allergies
  • Radiology results – any relevant X Rays, CT scans, MRI scans or ultrasound reports
  • Any other tests you may have had (including blood tests and hearing tests)

Parking

Ample parking is usually available near our clinics:

  • St Leonards Clinic – 1-2 hour metered parking is available around Pacific Highway, Berry Road or Park Rd
  • Drummoyne Clinic (general ENT only) – 2 hour parking is provided along Formosa Street. Our building rear entrance is located here near Copo cafe
  • Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Clinic – 2 hour metered street parking nearby (Missenden Rd, Carillon Ave)

  • St Leonards Clinic – Conveniently located a short walk from St Leonards train station, on the Pacific Highway directly across from Royal North Shore Hospital. Limited street parking (paid)
  • Drummoyne Clinic – A number of bus routes run along Victoria Road.
  • Head and Neck – Voice & Swallow Clinic – Level 2 Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Hospital, Camperdown. Accessible by bus routes.
